Bowl - Ramen - Handmade in Red Stoneware with a Mottled Blue glaze

Handmade wheel-thrown bowl in red stoneware with a variegated blue and white glaze.

I make all my own glazes from raw ingredients and develop them over time by adjusting quantities of ingredients and firing cycles to ensure they all have the character of finish and durability that I’m looking for.

Fired in the kiln to cone 5 (1210c) in an oxidising atmosphere.

My maker's mark is brushed on the base in black underglaze after I've turned the foot ring.

Dishwasher and microwave safe but hand-washing recommended.
