How long will my order take?

I try to keep everything in stock and ready to send, with most orders arriving within 3-5 working days.
Occasionally, I may need to glaze a new piece, which can add 2-5 days, or make something afresh, which can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on drying and firing times.
I'll always keep you updated on the progress of your order.
How will my pottery be delivered?

I send orders using Royal Mail, with delivery usually taking 1-2 working days once dispatched.
It generally takes me 1-3 working days to pack and send an order, depending on what's happening in the studio. If an order is urgent, do get in touch.
What if I need my order by a particular date?

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

I want you to be happy with your pottery. If something isn't quite what you expected, please get in touch and then return the item for an exchange or refund.
I'd just ask that you keep the original packaging until you're sure you'd like to keep your pieces, so they can travel safely if they need to come back.
